Founder of Group REALTY1 and leading real estate broker, Anne–Marie is recognized for various record sales. Former acting VP for a U.S. marketing firm, having held positions in Senior Account Management in Europe for major U.S. tech companies and from a lineage of accomplished Canadian entrepreneurs, Anne-Marie is experienced in managing high-level sales and attaining top-tier results. Her sharp negotiating skills, client-focused approach, relentless determination, integrity, and sales and marketing background are the basis for her competitive advantage in exceeding expectations. Having appeared as an expert in her field in television and print media, she is responsible for catalyzing a significant change in Quebec law, in the eradication of discriminatory clauses in legal documents for real estate transactions. Born in Montreal and raised between Westmount, the Eastern Townships, and Rhode Island (U.S.A), Anne-Marie later moved to England, where she lived for 10 years, before returning to Canada and forging a career in real estate. Anne-Marie studied at Trafalgar School for Girls, Bishops’ College School, John Abbott College, and the Universities of Concordia and McGill. Today, Anne-Marie lives with her family in Hudson's Falcon Golf development and enjoys visits to her cottage in the Eastern Townships, and family properties in Europe. She enjoys downhill skiing, horseback riding, dance, yachting, golf, and the theatre. Anne-Marie is bilingual (English & French), and holds three citizenships (Canadian, British and EU).
