- The dwelling is rented for residential purposes only. Any subletting, short-term lease or through platforms such as Airbnb isstrictly prohibited.
- No additional resident is allowed outside the agreed number of the lease, except for agreementwrites of the landlord. Smoking or vaping in the dwelling or balconies, including smoking or vaping in the dwelling.cigarettes, cigars and marijuana.
- The cultivation, production or consumption of cannabis (domestic or outside) is prohibited. The use of any other drug is also prohibited.
- No animals are allowed. The tenant must provide:
Proof of third-party liability insurance of at least CAD 2,000,000 valid for the whole of theduration of the lease.
- Proof of financial standing and solvency: justification of use, proof of funds orcredit report. If required by the landlord: references and social insurance number for the verification ofcredit. The tenant must maintain the dwelling and return it in the original state at the end of the lease, exceptnormal wear.
- Any damage caused by the tenant or his guests will have to be repaired at his own expense.
- No painting or modification may be carried out without the written agreement of the landlord. The tenant is responsible for exit cleaning. The tenant undertakes to respect all the regulations of the building and to adopt behaviourrespectful of neighbours.
