CONDITIONS TO THE LEASE BETWEEN LESSOR AND LESSEE

* During the term of the lease, the tenant takes out insurance and material damage and bodily injury at his own expense. The amount is at least two million dollars ($ 2,000,000.00).
* The lessee may not assign this lease in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the lessor. The Tenant agrees that any form of subletting or lease assignment must be authorized by the Landlord. Airbnb and short-term leases are prohibited.
* Right of visit; subject to 24 hours notice (written or verbal), the lessor or one of its authorized representatives from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Notice will be given before each individual visit.
* The tenant agrees that, at the expiration of this lease, the premises must be returned under the same conditions when the tenant took possession. The cleaning must be done when the tenant leaves. It is agreed that the cleaning costs will be borne by the tenant.
* The TENANT must provide an employment confirmation and provide a credit score report within 48 hours of the offer.
* The TENANT is responsible for paying the costs of moving when entering and leaving the condominium.
* Domestic household animals & exotic pets are not allowed. All pets must be approved by the lessor.
* It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes, cigars or cannabis in the private part of the unit.
