2. Furley
Meat, bread, wine — what else could you ask for? Chef Shaun Hughes and wife Julie Bagwell’s neighbourhood butcher shop, bakery and gourmet grocer has become a neighbourhood staple since opening back in 2019. From quality local-raised meats to freshly made cinnamon buns, donuts, focaccia and a cellar full of privately imported wines, Furley is the starting point for any great meal.

3. Restaurant Sauvé
Originally opened in 1960, Sauvé has been the go-to casse-croûte in Hudson for over 60 years. The vintage decor, full of sports memorabilia, gives it an old-school diner feel which is matched by the easygoing service and menu of pitch-perfect snack bar classics.
