1. Lou's

The most recent addition to the string of charming storefronts that make up the Pointe-Claire village, Lou’s is a swanky New American restaurant by way of a seasoned team of industry stalwarts. On the menu, the classics like eggplant parm, Vodka rigatoni and dry-aged steaks stand out but Lou’s’ comté-topped cheeseburger might be the best in Montreal. While walk-ins are welcome on the terrasse during the summer months, reservations are strongly recommended.

2. Le Gourmand

Located inside a striking 19th-century stone manor, Le Gourmand has been a premiere dining destination in the West Island since 1985. Known for its creative takes on classic dishes and extensive wine list, it’s a classic for a reason.

Hand-rolled, hearth-fired bagels with a choice of schmears or loaded to the gills as bagel sandwiches. (35 Cartier Ave)

8. Studio 77

Having opened its doors on Canada Day 2016, Studio 77 has quickly become an indispensable part of the Pointe-Claire community.
