He helped me purchase my second property in LaSalle and it went very well. I introduced him to a friend of mine who was looking into buying his first property in Verdun. After that I introduced him to my family members, my son who purchased his first duplex in lasalle, and my brother who purchased a triplex in St-Leonard, and my cousin who purchased his first duplex also in LaSalle.
