- No smoking (including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping).
- No short-term rentals (Airbnb and similar platforms are not permitted).
- The tenant must comply with all building rules and regulations.
- The tenant must provide proof of rental insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 in liability coverage before occupancy and maintain it throughout the lease term.
- A credit check must be provided to the landlord's satisfaction.
- Proof of employment and/or references will be required.
- The first month's rent is payable upon signing the lease.
- No modifications or painting of the unit without the landlord's written consent. At the end of the lease, the unit must be returned in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
- Any subletting or lease transfer must be approved in writing by the landlord.
