In the event a repair needs to be done within the unit the lessee must respect the timeline agreed upon between the lessee and lessor. All costs related to the damages to the property caused by the lessee shall be paid by the lessee.

The lessee shall not sublease or transfer lease. No short term leasing of any kind (such as AirBnB, etc).

The lessee is allowed a maximum of four (4) tenants to live in the unit.

The lessee is responsible for creating a new hydro account and Energir account for the unit upon moving in.

The lessee is responsible for keeping the unit clean.

The lessor (landlord) can visit the premises by giving the lessee (tenant) 24-hour minimum notice in advance.

Storage on the balconies is forbidden. The BBQ is permitted only in the back balcony away from the brick wall.

Each unit has access to a garden space in the backyard and must keep it tidy.
