If you want to buy a house you have to go with George ask for George and Soph. I first contacted George and I was looking for a house, I was impressed by the effort he puts to keep the client happy, he is always on, happy to answer all your questions, what ever you ask he will get you an answer. The whole process was easy, all electronically done (saves tons of time). Dont forget he has all kinds of contacts ( Mortgage broker, renovators, etc) The guys are welling to show you houses until you find your dream one they never get bored. They will give you honest true advise (not just because they want to sell). Very Professional. Always on time. very responsive. You simply cant go wrong if you deal with them. He helped us find a house to rent in Montreal months before we moved from France with our two children and explained how the Canadian renting/buying market works in comparison to France. When we identified a potential place to rent, George visited the property with friends of ours in Montreal since we were still in France at the time. Moreover, George was able to move up the move-in day by two months and negotiated to reduce the rent by $300 after noticing it had been on the market for a while. Finally, despite us having no credit history from living in France for the past 8 years, George was able to work with us and the owners to estalish our reliability as tenants.
